STATEMENT FROM THE DESK OF PATRIOTS NEWS WIRE&nbsp; Re: Civil Discourse As of Late To My Fellow Patriots Fans,When I was ten years old, in 2008, the trials and tribulations with which I was subject battered my young heart and nearly broke my tender, youthful and innocent soul. In the midst of that despair, on one chilly autumn evening, I told a waitress at Wolfgang’s with my friend’s family that my dad was Matt Cassel (she fully believed me).In doing so, I discovered an incontrovertible truth; a truth which society ostensibly seems to have only stumbled upon as of late. A truth which weighs heavy on my mind as I, with great chagrin, apprehensively and humbly pen this letter on such a bleak and dreary morning. A truth which may help provide some solace as our Great Patriot Nation struggles to reconcile the halcyon fall days within which our Great Patriot Dynasty flourished (for a period only rivaled in human history by the Roman Empire) with the bleak and hopeless autumn days that welcome us ominously each Sunday morning as of late.&nbsp;That truth, Patriot Nation, is that each individual perceives the world through a filter of their own experiences, beliefs, and values - in short, each individual experiences their own version of reality based upon their perception (mine, and our Patriot Nation, being the most indisputably accurate).Make no mistake Patriot Nation, our Great Patriot Nation stands now on a precipice. Critics and talking heads will pontificate and denounce with hateful vigor and diseased jealously the downfall of our Dynasty, they will orate and debate to no end the decisions made here and now by our Leaders. I am fearful though of the dialogue and discourse to which I have party as of late.&nbsp;Discourse which doubts the decisions of our Leaders, questions the intelligence in starting Drake Maye, even questions The Process and The Plan. The barbarians are at the gate and the glory which fills their pupil as the read at our walls is indisputable - the downfall of our Great Dynasty, jealous of the success and happiness it has bestowed upon us, its humble and honest Citizens and True Believers. But I tell you this - I pen this letter to share my reality and my Truth. We have our Ceaser, our Marcus Aurelius (Mike Vrabel). Who is Roger Goodell and his Corrupt Cabal to question a man who has stood in the trenches? To doubt The Process? The Plan?&nbsp;Did that Waitress doubt me? No, who is she to doubt the convictions of the morally righteous? Do the spiteful, jealous and morally bankrupt “elders” of our society seek to attack us at our weakest? Tell us they doubt our beliefs of our future and decisions we which we make in seeking to shape that future? Yes but they only doubt us because the old do not remember the necessities of youth. They see only the years on our horizon to which they think we are entitled. But we are entitled only to the moment, and owe nothing to the future except that we follow our convictions.&nbsp;So yes I am fearful as I see our humble and honest Citizens debate. I will tell you what I fear. I fear time has diluted our dream! I fear that in our comfort, we believe Victory to be our right. I fear that the ostensible meekness of our resolve, that the bickering and backbiting on which we have so decadently glutted ourselves since drafting Mac Jones will rob us of the unity of will that moved the world forward to a fairer place, where respect for justice and freedom has found a foothold for the first time in a millennium.I fear that in this disunity we will sink back into the hideous epoch from which we escaped, and the future more sinister and more protracted by the malice which we have awoken in our pudgy Roger.I call upon you, the People of the Republic, to stand united. To reject this torpor of self-pity. To not quiver in trepidation at the thought of another lost season. I know you are weary. I know you think this Season will be your end. That Patriot Nation has abandoned you, and that the weight of what you have done in the midst of your success threatens to eat a hole in you.&nbsp;But for me, for your players, I beg you not to despair. Our Patriot Nation was not founded on the success of our arms but in the righteousness of our cause, and our belief in the Plan and Doing Our Job. So believe in this Dynasty. Believe in your Coach.The withering lips of injustice seared in the impropriety of intentional distribution of dis-information tremble in trepidation against the battering tsunami of Truth from which we will hew out of this mountain of despair a Renewed City Upon A Hill, which throws off the shackles of injustice as tyrannical hypocrites (the NFL) will be made honest men and the crooked colluders scheming to morally bankrupt this Great League (Goddell) and tear down our Great Dynasty will be made decent men with the glory of moral accountability and ethical conduct and we all shall experience it together.The measure of a man is not the fear he sows in his adversaries (Roger Goddell). It is the hope he gives his friends. I could no more ask Tom Brady to stop dating super models than I could ask you to turn the tide of our Nations discourse. I know that.&nbsp;I only ask that you remember what you mean to Patriot Nation, to your players, to your Coach. You have not been abandoned. They will come for us. Patriot Nation will rise again and this Dynasty will rise from the ashes like the Eastern Roman Empire. Until then: endure, Patriot Nation. Endure.
